This video is totally RIDICULOUS! I fly all the carriers except one....Southwest (hell, I don't even consider them an airline). US is no different than any one of the MAJORS (carriers that CAN TAKE YOU places where people need to be). The general public likes cheap, really affordable fares and this has contributed to a lower standard of customer service. If you aren't paying a FIRST CLASS Fare, why in the hell should YOU or I expect Top Notch service? As for Southwest....."I'd rather drive..."

I am a pilot with US Airways. This seems like a lot of bull shit to me. No captain, other than the retards with jetblue would go through with this kind of shit. I think that you may be exaggerating here. Every time we delay you, it's because were trying to keep you safe. Especially weather delays. How would you like us, if we took you into that hurricane, and killed all 132 passengers. Then everyone would ask why we didn't delay the flight. Get a life, pick on Delta or Southwest, they need it.

You guys don't get it and probably never will.. The point of the video isn't that the plane was delayed, it's the level of service they're receiving from the flight crew.. Sometimes the demeanor of the crew can make all the difference in the world.. This is something you guys could take a lesson from Southwest on..

Extremely bad experience to fly with them. I was left out to stay overnight without my luggage and they wouldnt cover ANY of my overnight expenses. Customer service was very unprofessional, I had to wait on the counter while they gentleman and the lady finished flirting with each other. I am NEVER flying US Airways again.
