Yes it's Devil Got My Woman, Skip just sings and plays it very differently compared to the original recorded version. Not shure about the year though but I have no reason to doubt it because it reads so in the beginning of the video.

It IS "Devil Got My Woman," he's just playing it differently than in the original recordings. It was decades between the original recording (1931 versus 1966 in this recording), and James had all but abandoned music for a couple decades by the time he was "re-discovered" in the 60s.
And stop making fun of the fucking guy. You don't know unless you ask. Youtube sucks AGAIN.
