But Mr. Bush is inarticulate because he is an ignoramus, and it is hard to form graceful sentences when you have so many conflicting lies to keep track of, many of them coming home to roost now, I am happy to observe. :)

Hey Ninny. Saddam attacked Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia.
He used chemical weapons on Iran and worse yet, on his own people, the Kurds. These are all documented facts. He admitted he had chemical weapons (WMD's)and committed as part of his surrender in the first war to destroy them. He murdered 100's of thousands of his own people deemed "dissidents".

The United States cares about ALL countries, not just ourselves. At least more than any other nation on earth. Both in "official" monies and resources that come out of Washington in aid for countries,particualrly when they have a natural disaster and also what private citizens give thru organizations such as the red cross or "Feed the Children" or "Compassion Internat'l" type programs, the US is the most generous nation on earth.
